7 Ways to Use Future Visualization
Here are 7 different ways to aid your visualizations and turn them into a practice for life. When you do, you’ll notice more things showing up that you imagine regularly.
1. Self hypnosis
Self hypnosis is a very safe and effective technique for visualizing a future you want to manifest.
It works by relaxing your body and listening to a pre-recorded hypnosis audio or guided meditation, that slowly takes you into a deep hypnotic state.
The spoken words then prompt you to visualize your future self as the person you would like to be, living the life that you want to experience.
There are many hypnosis tracks available for free on YouTube, but I have found more benefits in ones I have purchased.

Imagine walking around every day with the ability to see a movie of your future life. A life where you have a tonne of confidence and certainty it will come true.
Some people find it difficult to visualize their dream life.

No matter whether you desire success in business, to find your soul mate, or a fitter body.
If you can imagine it, you can turn in into a Mind Movie, complete with affirmations, inspiring images, and uplifting music.

7. Create a Vision Board
This is the classic law of attraction technique that states you attract into your life what you focus your attention on.

Creating a vision board is simple. All you need is a framed cork board you pin images on.
Browse images on the internet that resemble all the things you want your future to look like and attach them to your vision board.
Then, place your vision board somewhere you’ll see it every day.

Eventually, your subconscious programming will believe these things already belong to you.
